After living in Ohio, USA for almost 20 years where I completed my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I returned to France in 2019. Unable to use the same title, I became a psycho-practitioner and personal development coach.”
I accompany women and men of all ages to remove the psychological barriers that prevent them from growing their human potential, to heal from their wounds and traumas, and to live a fulfilled life according to their true nature.
During my sessions, I use active listening and the Rogierian Person-Centered Approach (PCA) based on the three fundamental attitudes of the caregiver: congruence, unconditional positive regard, and empathy.
And depending on the situation, I use different therapeutic approches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family System).
People I work with :
Adolescents and adults
Challenges due to expatriation
Divorces, separation or infidelity
Lack of self-confidence and healthy boundaries
Lack of self-esteem
Personal development and growth
