My life so far has been a succession of rich and diverse experiences. I have lived mainly in two countries: the United States and France. I left school at a young age to devote myself fully to the role of mother and to raise my large family. At the dawn of my 40th birthday, I went back to college in a language that was not my own to learn psychology.
After eight years of study and two master’s degrees, I went on a forty-day walk to Santiago De Compostela to free myself from my emotional wounds. I also did a 32,000 piece puzzle that took me 2.5 years to complete to nourish my inner child that I had abandoned for far too long.
But who says victories also says paths strewn with pitfalls and difficulties. And like the legend of the phoenix that rises from its ashes, I myself have not only survived the trials of life (control, manipulation, narcissistic abuse, cult brainwashing, divorce, depression, anxiety) but I have transformed them into strengths.
I owe my accomplishments mainly to my constant desire to learn, to grow, to develop, and to my great resilience and love for life.
My many life experiences have taught me that whatever happens in life – even if it is not our fault – it is our responsibility to take care of ourselves, to heal, and to change what no longer suits us. As Eckhart Tolle once said, “Complaining is always the non-acceptance of what is. Invariably, it carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you place yourself as a victim. Leave the situation or accept it. Anything else is madness.”
Today, I feel FREE, fully happy and fulfilled with the strength of a Love-ière! I’ve healed from my emotional wounds, and I’ve been able to push myself in ways I never thought I could.
If I was able to stop being afraid, if I was able to learn to love myself, and to have confidence in myself and in the future, you too can do it, without having to go back to school for eight years!

If you feel lost, if you don’t trust yourself anymore, if you are afraid of the future and you don’t know how to be HAPPY and ALIVE again, then you are in the right place.

Through my therapeutic sessions, and coaching sessions, you will find CONCRETE solutions to help you heal from your emotional wounds and build a life of your own.

I’ll see you soon and leave you with this mantra: The best project you will ever work on is you.

Take good care of yourself because you are worth it and you deserve to be happy.
With all my gratitude,

“If you want something you’ve never had
You must be willing to do something you’ve never done.” Thomas Jefferson
